From zero to a live, shareable form in under two minutes. Here's exactly how it works.
Click New Form from your dashboard. Choose from 8 ready-made templates — Contact Form, Feedback Survey, Job Application, Event Registration, and more — or start with an empty canvas. Your form title is pre-filled and editable before you create.
Drag any of the 13 field types from the left palette onto your canvas — short text, email, rating, file upload, dropdowns, and more. Click any field to edit its label, placeholder, help text, and whether it's required. Drag the handle on the left to reorder fields in seconds.
Switch to the Theme tab in the right panel. Pick an accent colour, choose a background (solid or gradient), set the font style, and upload your logo. Changes preview live on the left so you always see exactly what your respondents will see.
Toggle Publish in the top bar. Your form gets a unique link instantly — copy it and send it anywhere. You can also embed it in a website or let respondents scan a QR code. The form works on any device, no account needed to fill it in.
Every submission appears in your Responses dashboard in real time. See who responded, where they're from, and what device they used. Filter by field, read individual responses, or export everything as a CSV or JSON file in one click.
