From zero to a live, shareable form in under two minutes. Here's exactly how it works.
Click New Form from your dashboard. Choose from 8 ready-made templates — Contact Form, Feedback Survey, Job Application, Event Registration, and more — or start with an empty canvas. Your form title is pre-filled and editable before you create.
Drag any of the 13 field types from the left palette onto your canvas — short text, email, phone, rating, file upload, dropdowns, and more. Click any field to edit its label, placeholder, help text, and whether it's required. Add conditional logic rules to any field: for example, jump straight to a specific question — or submit the form immediately — based on how someone answers. Drag the handle on the left to reorder fields.
Switch to the Theme tab in the right panel. Pick an accent colour, choose a background (solid or gradient), set the font style, and upload your logo. Changes preview live on the left so you always see exactly what your respondents will see.
Toggle Publish in the top bar. Your form gets a unique link instantly — copy it and send it anywhere. Click Embed to get a code snippet: choose between an inline iframe or a popup button that opens the form in a new window. The form works on any device, no account needed to fill it in. If someone starts but doesn't finish, they can pick up exactly where they left off next time they visit the link.
Every submission appears in your Responses dashboard in real time. See how many people viewed the form versus how many completed it — your live completion rate. Check where respondents are from and what device they used. Read individual responses in detail or switch to the Summary tab for aggregate charts. Export everything as a CSV or JSON file in one click.
