By creating an account or using Bangaa, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including form creators and respondents.
2. The service
Bangaa lets you create online forms, share them via a link, and collect responses. We offer a free plan and may introduce paid plans in the future. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Bangaa to:
- Collect data unlawfully or without respondents' consent.
- Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
- Distribute malware, illegal content, or content that violates others' rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Your content
You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. By using Bangaa, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using Bangaa you agree to that policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Bangaa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coderholics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bangaa.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Bangaa after a change constitutes your acceptance.
